Carly Ballenger is the founder of Skinspired Acne Clinic. Carly’s lifelong struggle with acne was the catalyst of her opening up Skinspired Acne Clinic.
After many failed attempts on harsh prescription medications from the Dermatologist, Carly decided to take her acne into her own hands. That’s when she discovered Face Reality Skincare & decided to dive deep into treating Acne through a holistic approach.

Rachel Leavitt
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN CERTIFIED ACNE SPECIALIST
Rachel is a licensed esthetician that comes to Skinspired Acne Clinic with 20 years of customer service experience. Prior to joining the clinic, she spent 10 years working night shift with moms and babies at the hospital. After her own personal struggle with acne, she decided to go to school and get her esthetic license to help others with their own acne struggle. She is passionate about helping others look and feel like the best version of themselves. While she loves helping others clear their skin she also loves to give a good lash lift & tint!
When Rachel is not at the clinic you can find her spending time with her husband and 2 boys, mostly at the ball fields.
Blair Nickles
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN CERTIFIED ACNE SPECIALIST
Blair loves helping people feel confident in their skin. Her goal is for each client to leave not only with refreshed skin but with a sense of renewal—a reset for their day, week, or month. Whether it comes from a good conversation or simply from the deep relaxation many haven't experienced in a while, she believes that a little self-care goes a long way in today’s fast-paced world. Her time with clients is a chance for everything to slow down, to heal both mind and skin, leaving them with a feeling as if they've just released a deep breath.
When she's not helping clients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her Bernese Mountain dogs. She looks forward to meeting you!
